Seoul Facilities Corporation shifted to preventive AI safety management for fires, crowding and road hazards. It is deploying crowd systems at stadiums and video pothole detection on patrol vehicles. AI detects pedestrians, scooters or motorcycles entering urban expressways and triggers action within 10 minutes.
