Ryanair CEO Michael O’Leary refused to apologize for an inappropriate term he used for rival airlines. Dublin Rape Crisis Centre requested an apology and training, saying survivors were distressed by the remark. Ireland’s deputy premier and the UK transport secretary also criticized the language.
