Follow the airport limousine journey from booking and buying a ticket to storing your bags and getting off near your hotel, with advice on missed buses and late-night arrivals.
Incheon Airport buses: find the stop nearest your hotel
An airport limousine stop near your accommodation can save you transfers with large bags. Ask your hotel for the nearest stop and route number, then see whether the bus you intend to book serves it. Save the hotel's English name and exact address on your map; they will be useful both when buying a ticket and after getting off the bus.
The route, timetable, fare and boarding information below comes from material checked on September 10, 2026. On your travel day, consult the airport and your operator for any changes.
Choosing a bus and the right arrival terminal
Search for your hotel's area in the Incheon Airport bus route search to see the direction of travel and sequence of stops. Find the stop suggested by your hotel and map the walk from there. Routes shown at the time included 6001 Dongdaemun, 6015 Myeongdong, 6005 City Hall, 6020 Yeoksam, 6103 Samseong, 6701 City Hall/Gwanghwamun and 6703 Gangnam/COEX. Use the official search for the routes and stops operating on your booking date.
For an advance booking, you also need the terminal where your flight will actually arrive. The Incheon Airport T1 bus guide placed T1 boarding areas outside on the first floor, divided by bus type. The T2 bus guide placed T2 boarding at the B1 transportation-center bus terminal, with Seoul-bound services in the central B1 area. Choosing a bus from your arrival terminal saves an extra journey between terminals.
Allow 1–2 hours after arrival before your booked departure for immigration and baggage claim. For a flight arriving late at night, look at both the last regular service and the night-bus timetable.
If you need boarding assistance, contact your airline and chosen bus operator before booking. This includes travel with a wheelchair, stroller or mobility aid, visual or hearing assistance, and help with luggage. Accessibility varies by vehicle and stop, so you need advice for the particular service you plan to use. At the airport, an information desk can help with elevator routes and boarding assistance.

Buying a ticket after arrival formalities
At the time of the check, T1 ticket and information booths were listed inside near exits 4 and 9, and outside near exits 4, 6, 7, 8, 11 and 13. T2 ticket information was at the B1 transportation-center bus terminal. Follow the signs on site if the layout has changed. Showing the ticket clerk your saved hotel address and stop name makes it easier to explain which bus you need.
Payment methods vary by operator and departure. The K Airport Limousine fare guide describes general card and Tmoney use but says airport departures use reserved tickets. Prepare the ticket required by your operator and the ticket staff. The Airport Limousine routes, fares and timetables page also lists information for its services.
When you receive your ticket, compare the route number, direction, departure time and boarding-bay number with the departure display. If you are unsure about a stop, ask, "Does this bus stop at [stop name]?" Save the hotel address and stop name in large text so you can show them to staff or the driver.
At the boarding bay
Reach the boarding bay 10–15 minutes before departure. Match the route number on the front of the bus with your ticket and show the driver or staff your destination stop. Vehicle designs and signs can change; follow the boarding directions at the airport.
Place large bags in the luggage compartment as directed by staff. Ask your operator about limits on the number, size and weight of bags and how they are handled. Keep your passport, wallet, phone, medication and electronics in your hand luggage. If given a luggage receipt or tag, photograph it and keep the original until you have collected your bags.

Following the stops and collecting your bags
Once seated, fasten the seat belt if one is provided and keep bags out of the aisle. Follow the stops using the onboard announcements and screens alongside your phone's map. Traffic can change the estimated arrival time, so keep track of the current stop as well as the clock. Save some phone battery for finding your way after getting off.
One or two stops before your destination, you can ask the driver, "Please tell me when we reach [stop name]." Start gathering your belongings one stop before your destination, and check around your seat before getting off. After getting off, match your receipt with the luggage tag and collect your bags. Before the bus leaves, make sure nothing of yours remains in the compartment. Keep the ticket and luggage receipt until then. Once you have all your bags, open the saved walking route to your hotel or the location of a taxi pickup point.
If you miss the bus or arrive late at night
If you already have a ticket for a bus you missed, first see whether it specifies a departure time. Ask the ticket office or operator whether it can be used on the next service, must be changed or needs to be replaced before heading to another bus.
The Incheon Airport night-bus guide listed N6000, N6002, N6701 and N6703 at the time of the September 10 check. Adult fare examples were KRW 17,000 for N6000/N6002 and KRW 18,000 for N6701/N6703. It also described tickets from booths and machines, and Tmoney GO for some K Limousine routes. Before relying on a night bus, look up its operating days, timetable, fare, stops and ticket sales method for your journey.
