For a late arrival at Incheon Airport, choose your transport based on the time you reach the arrivals hall after immigration and baggage collection. You need enough time before the bus leaves to buy a ticket and reach the boarding point. If your accommodation is far from the stop or you have plenty of luggage, compare the total fare for a taxi from a designated rank too.[1][2][3]
The routes and fares were checked against airport and operator information on September 12, 2026. For your travel date, look up your arrival terminal's timetable again for departure times, boarding points and ticketing arrangements.[1][2]
Have your terminal and hotel address ready
Check whether your ticket says T1 or T2, and save your accommodation's Korean address and phone number. Once you arrive, use official information or ask at an information desk whether you can buy a ticket for the bus you want and still reach its boarding point in time.[1][2] Also write the address and contact details on paper so you can use them if your phone runs out of power.
For taxis, follow the signs to the designated ranks. Be wary of people who approach you separately to offer a ride, or call vans operating outside the designated arrangements that claim to be 'official'.[3]

Where will you go after leaving the night bus?
The airport's guide lists night buses in the following directions. Use the timetable for your travel date and terminal to establish the actual stops.[1][2]
• N6000: Towards the Express Bus Terminal via Songjeong and Yeomchang.
• N6002: Towards Cheongnyangni via Hongdae and Dongdaemun.
• N6701: Towards Dongdaemun Design Plaza via Mapo, Seoul Station and Euljiro Entrance.
• N6703: Towards the Gwangnaru area via Seorae Village, COEX, Jamsil and Gangbyeon Station.
For accommodation in Hongdae, trace the route from an N6002 stop to your entrance. For Seoul Station, Euljiro or Dongdaemun, start with N6701; for Gangnam, COEX or Jamsil, start with N6703.[1] The operator also provides stop-by-stop information for N6701.[4]
The subway may have finished for the night by then. Consider whether you can walk along main roads, whether slopes or rain would make the journey difficult, and whether you could take a short taxi ride if needed. Night buses run at intervals, and seat availability varies. Look up a departure you can catch in the information for your travel date and terminal.[1][2]
At the time of the check, adult fares were 17,000 won for N6000 and N6002, and 18,000 won for N6701 and N6703. Ticket offices and machines were listed for N6000 and N6002; N6701 and N6703 also listed the Tmoney GO app. Before buying, check that day's fare and the payment methods available for your service.[1]

Waiting for the next bus or taking a taxi
If you miss a bus, ask at the ticket office about the next departure. Choose the next service using the timetable for that date and terminal rather than boarding another bus simply because its number looks similar.[1][2] Check which payment methods you can use that day at the listed ticket offices and machines, or through Tmoney GO on the routes that offer it.[1]
If waiting for the next departure is difficult, or buses have finished for the night, compare a taxi from a designated rank. The airport warns against illegal touting and overcharging. The listed boarding points for standard taxis to Seoul are T1 5C, 6C and 6D, and T2 7C. Deluxe, jumbo and international taxis use different locations, so follow the signs on site.[3] Show your Korean address and ask about the meter, applicable surcharges and expected tolls before leaving. Waiting, congestion and road conditions also affect the total.
The airport lists night surcharges for Seoul and Incheon standard taxis as 20% from 22:00 to 23:00, 40% from 23:00 to 02:00, and 20% from 02:00 to 04:00. Deluxe and jumbo taxis are listed at 20% from 22:00 to 04:00; the rules can differ by the vehicle's registration area and type.[3]
There is no boundary surcharge for trips from the airport to Seoul, Incheon, Goyang, Gwangmyeong, Gimpo or Bucheon. For other destinations, it may apply after crossing the relevant boundary. This is separate from the night surcharge.[3]

Your group, luggage and mobility needs
If you are travelling alone, compare the bus fare per person together with the onward journey from the stop.[1] For a taxi, ask about the cost for the whole vehicle, including the metered fare, night surcharge and tolls.[3] For a family of three or four with suitcases, ask at an information desk whether a standard taxi can fit everyone and everything, or find out the passenger capacity, luggage space, boarding point and estimated fare for a jumbo taxi.[3]
If you use a wheelchair or pushchair, or cannot walk far, look first at lifts, whether you can board the bus and the distance still to travel from the stop. The airport's information about accessible call taxis may also help.[3]
